Delete your Digital Twin account

This is a translation of the Italian version, which prevails in case of discrepancy.

How to delete your account in the Digital Twin app (my.digital-twins.app and the iPhone and Android apps), developed by Klinika di Francesco Giuseppe Falbo, and which data is deleted.

From the app, in a minute

1. Open Digital Twin and sign in.
2. Go to the Me tab and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Enter your password and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on all devices.

If you cannot sign in

• Forgot your password: on the sign-in screen tap Forgot password?, reset it and then follow the steps above.
• Otherwise write to info@digital-twins.app from your account's email address asking for deletion. We reply and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Everything about your account, immediately and permanently:

• account (email, password, consents) and personal details;
• physiological profile, activities with their streams (power, heart rate, GPS track), laps, wellness (sleep, HRV);
• planned workouts, races, saved routes, tests, model reliability measurements;
• connection to intervals.icu (encrypted credentials), links with your coach and devices, open sessions;
• reports sent with "Report a problem".

What is kept, and for how long

• Backups: your data stays in the nightly database backups for at most 30 days, then it is deleted. Backups are used only to restore the service after a failure.
• Work done for others: if, as a coach, you created workouts, races or routes for another athlete, they stay with that athlete, without your name.
• Early access sign-up (from the website or the app) and the invitation you received: they follow the sign-up privacy notice. You can remove them with the link in the confirmation email or by writing to info@digital-twins.app.

Data you have on intervals.icu or on your bike computer is not touched: it belongs to those services. For details see the app privacy notice.
