Terms of use
This is a translation of the Italian version · , which prevails in case of discrepancy.
Version 2026-10, last updated: 5 October 2026. By using the Digital Twin app (my.digital-twins.app and the iPhone and Android apps) you accept these terms.
Who provides the app
Klinika di Francesco Giuseppe Falbo, contact info@digital-twins.app.
What Digital Twin is
A service in early access: a digital twin for cyclists that estimates heart rate, W' depletion and the critical points of a route from a physiological model and your training data. Features may change, be interrupted or contain errors. The app is currently in Italian.
It is not a medical device
The app's estimates are indicative and are meant for exploring training and race scenarios. They are not a diagnosis or medical advice and do not replace a doctor, a coach or a sports medical examination. Do not use the app to decide whether you can exercise if you have symptoms or health conditions: see a doctor. You train at your own responsibility.
Account
- At this stage registration is by invitation only and reserved for people aged at least 14.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the data you enter.
- You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts used abusively or against these terms.
Connected services
The app reads your data from intervals.icu only if you connect it; your use of intervals.icu is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or data of third-party services.
Free of charge, liability
During early access the app is free and provided "as is", without guarantees of continuous availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the app's estimates, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Privacy
Data processing is described in the app privacy notice.
Changes
If we change these terms or the privacy notice in a significant way, the app will ask you to accept the new version before continuing.
Governing law
Italian law. The mandatory rights granted to consumers by law remain unaffected.
